Our business operates using the latest, state of the art Taxi Booking & Dispatch technology with in-car credit/debit card facilities, text/call back features, online booking through our website and smartphone booking apps for iOS & Android devices.
Our Operations Team is fully trained and experienced and they have achieved NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services. Eastwood Cars growing fleet of fully licensed drivers have also gained NVQ Level 2 in Road Vehicle Passenger Transport.
Eastwood Cars has a long standing portfolio of corporate customers and organisations based locally and nationwide. We also work closely with several local authorities in the East Midlands.
The company is owned by Mark Birtles and Darren Marriott who have been working in the Taxi business for many years, having previously worked for similar companies.
